Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Smasheur platform, accessible at smasheur.com, operated by Smasheur SAS. By creating an account or using the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the platform.

Smasheur is a platform connecting racket sport players (tennis, badminton, padel, squash) with professional or amateur stringers. The platform allows players to: — Find a stringer near their location — Order stringing by choosing the model, tension and options — Track their order status — Rate stringers after service The platform allows stringers to: — Create a public profile visible to players — Receive service requests — Manage their activity and earnings

To use Smasheur, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required. Smasheur reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms.

By using Smasheur, you agree to: — Provide accurate information during registration and orders — Not impersonate another user — Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes — Not attempt to circumvent the platform's payment systems — Treat other community members with respect

Stringers registered on Smasheur agree to: — Perform services carefully and within the announced timeframes — Use strings and materials in accordance with the player's order — Inform the player of any delays or issues as soon as possible — Guarantee the quality of their work and redo any defective service The stringer profile is subject to validation by Smasheur before publication. Smasheur reserves the right to remove a profile in case of repeated failures or poor reviews.

Orders are placed directly on the platform. Payment is made online, securely, at the time of order confirmation. Smasheur charges a commission on each transaction made through the platform (see pricing). This commission covers payment processing, customer support and moderation. The final amount is clearly indicated before order confirmation. No hidden fees are applied.

A player may cancel an order without charge as long as the stringer has not accepted the request. Once accepted, cancellation may incur charges according to the stringer's policy. In the event of a service not conforming to the order, the player may open a dispute through the platform within 48 hours of receipt. Smasheur reserves the right to arbitrate any dispute and issue a full or partial refund.

All elements of the Smasheur platform (design, code, text, logos, brands) are the exclusive property of Smasheur SAS and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Smasheur acts as an intermediary and is not party to contracts between players and stringers. Smasheur cannot be held liable for disputes between users, delays or poor performance of a service. Smasheur makes every effort to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Smasheur reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to legal proceedings. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris. For any questions: contact@smasheur.com
